LEED - Gain Credits With PROTECT-ALL Commercial Flooring The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a non-profit organization commited to expanding sustainable building practices. The USGBC is a committee based, member driven and consensus focused. The USGBC developed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.
